Wonderful shots... I can honestly say that I haven't seen a reall beehive... we use to have boxes on the farm but nothing as beautiful as that...

I hope you had your telephoto for this series - eek! But it sure is lovely. I adore the sparkly trees-and-sky bokeh in the first shot. have you seen many bees?

Yikes! That is one big hive. I think beehives are so fascinating, but I am not sure I would have been so brave!
